Our private investor’s privacy is important to us
At Radical Capital, your privacy is our chief concern. We understand
that you entrust us with your private personal and sometimes financial
information to help us match you with a private real estate investment
opportunity. In exchange for your trust, you expect and deserve our
commitment to treat your information with respect. Rest assured that
we protect your privacy as we protect our own. Under no circumstances
will Radical Capital or any of its affiliates sell or share any personal
information about you or with any person or organization except: as
authorized by you, to participating real estate professionals or other
parties involved in your transaction, or as may be required by law or
court order. The Privacy Policy below describes the standards we adhere
to in handling information about you and your private real-estate transaction.
1. Who we are
Radical Capital is a private real estate investment management organization
matching qualified real estate investors with private real-estate investor’s
criteria-matched real-estate requirements. We deal with more than 500+
participating private real estate investors and also maintain a nationwide
network of private retail buyers.
2. Information we collect
There are several occasions where you may be asked to provide us with
personal and non-personal information. We DO NOT sell or share any personal
information about you to or with any person or organization except: as
authorized by you, to your lenders, real estate professionals or other
parties involved in your transaction, or as may be required by law or court order.

3. How your information is used
We use the information you provide either as a private buyer, private real
estate investor or private lender to match you with Radical Capital’s or
its affiliates inventory, modal transactions, real estate professionals or
authorized investors. We may also send your information to other third
parties relevant to your transaction.
4. How our policy is monitored
Radical Capital is proud of our ten year record and initiates (from time to time)
internal, disinterested 3rd party audits of our transactions to ensure our
privacy requirements are being met.
If you have questions or concerns regarding this statement, you should always

or your inquiry so that any concerns may be satisfactorily addressed.
If we make a change to our Privacy Policy in the future that will affect
how we treat your information, we will notify you of the change. In that
case, your ability to opt out of the new policy will be determined by
applicable laws and we will include that information in our notification.
If the change impacts how we use your information, we will notify you
even if you have requested that we not contact you.
